Author: Allison Miller is very successful in a lot of genres but she is more recognized as one of the best female drummers and in two music genres, jazz and singer-songwriter type of songs. She is indeed a very rare artist, with all her talents it is very difficult to excel even in just one area, but she managed to be excellent in most of it.
Allison is also touring with other equally successful and very talented jazz icons like Ani DiFranco and Natalie Merchant. She is also a very successful band leader, being a very accomplished drummer she has received a lot of praises from her colleagues and other musicians.
